Support Services, Rates, and Terms Change Effective June 1, 2022

Beginning June 1st, 2022, MyITAssistant will be adjusting support service rates, terms, and updated solution offerings. These changes will be reflected on the MyITAssistant website (myitassistant.com).

Rate Changes

  • Member support rates during regular business hours (9 am - 5 pm M-F) will increase to $125/hour. For onsite, a one-hour minimum plus an increased onsite service fee of $25.00. For remote (email, text, or phone), a 15-minute minimum.
  • Member support rates after business hours will increase to $175/hour for onsite or remote. For onsite, a one-hour minimum plus an increased onsite service fee of $25.00.
  • Admin rates (server, development, and administration) will increase to $175/hour, 15-minute minimum.


Updated Terms

  • All consultation or support provided by email, text, or phone is billable, 15-minute minimum.
  • Pre-paid support subscriptions no longer rollover.


Pre-Paid Support Services

  • Pre-Paid Support Subscriptions are priced at $100/hour monthly, quarterly, or annually. Time exceeding pre-paid subscription term is billed at the support rate. Available in allotments of 5-hour increments.
  • Pre-Paid Admin Subscriptions (server, development, and administrative) are priced at $150/hour as monthly, quarterly, or annually commitments. Time exceeding pre-paid Admin Service subscription term is billed at the admin rate. Available in allotments of 5-hour increments.
